杭州华兴交通电子标志制造有限公司创建于2001年，全国首家专业开发、生产太阳能道路交通标志产品的高科技制造企业。公司位于杭州市西湖区，厂房占地2000多平方米，目前有员工100多人，其中技术、管理人员 20人。
华兴公司不断坚持以科技促发展的原则，不断拓宽市场领域，吸收国内外先进技术成果，开发出具有环保、节能等诸多特色的光控太阳能道路交通标志系列、移动式太阳能道路交通标志系列、车载式太阳能交通标志系列、太阳能交通信号灯系列等产品，此类产品能源采用太阳能电池，拥有特殊的闪光的功能，在雨雾天能连续工作180小时以上，在异常的沙土、污染等恶劣环境下正常工作，在几百米外就能给司机提示，具有显著的醒目诱导功能，减少交通事故，达到安全的效果。公司产品已通过公安部交通安全产品质量检测中心的鉴定，并获得国家专利局颁发的多项专利。公司与公安部、交通部共同起草了太阳能道路交通标志的标准；公司“华兴”商标已通过国家工商局注册；公司已通过ISO9001:2000国际质量管理体系认证。
